Nicholas V. Didier
Prior to forming IP Finance, Nicholas Didier, worked with Lloyds’ of London and certain Institutional Investors to develop a number of financial IP asset monetization structures. Before founding IP Finance he was Managing Director of Guy Carpenter at Marsh McLennan where he started a new subsidiary, Guy Carpenter Advisors, a Securities Broker Dealer developing alternative risk financing and risk securitization investment products. Prior to this venture he was at Morgan Stanley, as President of Morgan Stanley Bank (the first commercial banking entity for the firm), and Morgan Stanley ADR Services, bringing together foreign issuers and US institutional investors. He started his professional career with the Government of Luxembourg as a senior diplomat and negotiator in trade relations where he also served as Consul General of Luxembourg in New York. He holds a J.D., an Advanced Degree in Economics and a Ph.D. in International Economics.
